I have been a Registered Massage Therapist in good standings with the CMTO since 2014. I offer Registered Massage Therapy services in a caring, professional environment that rehabilitate, relax and rejuvenate. I have a wide range of massage techniques such as Swedish massage, cupping therapy, deep tissue therapy, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint play, manual lymph drainage, remedial exercise, hydrotherapy, abdominal, breast massage, pregnant and infant massage. Massage Therapy is a great therapeutic treatment to help with a variety of injuries or conditions or your everyday aches and pains. Every treatment will be modified to suit your individual goals.
I have been competitive athlete my whole life and have experienced my share of injuries. This helps me relate to clients and their treatment needs. My main focus is to help clients achieve their goals; maintaining progress and providing effective homecare such as remedial exercises and stretches.
