Melissa is a dedicated therapist that has completed the 2200-hour Registered Massage Therapy program at Vicars School of Massage Therapy. She is passionate about cultivating a client-centered space where individuals feel completely at ease, knowing their massage needs are met with undivided attention and care.
Her massage style dually serves as both relaxing and therapeutic, incorporating techniques primarily from Swedish massage, Myofascial Release, and Deep Tissue modalities. With a strong understanding of anatomy and the ways tension and stress present in the body, Melissa tailors each session to the individual's preferences and desired pressure, ensuring a highly personalized treatment experience.
Originally from B.C., Melissa now calls Calgary home. Outside of her massage therapy practice, she finds balance through yoga, quality time with loved ones, and exploring nature with her husky, Cedar.

This class was created for massage therapists who are eager to expand their skills and learn about the many benefits of incorporating stone therapy into their clinical practice. This course is approved for CE credits with MTAA, CMMOTA, NHPC and CRMTA. Participants will be certified to safely incorporate hot, cold and jade stones into their practice following completion of the class. Non-refundable prepayment of the course is required to hold your spot in class.
