Melissa was born in the lower mainland but grew up in central Alberta. Having played multiple sports like dance, white water kayaking, and dirt biking she was always interested in fitness and sports medicine. After high school she attended MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy in Calgary and graduated in 2019 and started her own home business shortly after. Melissa loves the therapeutic approach for massage therapy, using a more deeper pressure approach. Treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions like frozen shoulder, tendinitis, carpel tunnel, and many more.
