This is an initial session with purpose of learning more information about Separation/Co-parenting Therapy and how it can support your Family Law process. This is not the first initial intake session.

*Change in Location* Danny will be meeting you at Vedder Park by the river. As it's a larger parking lot, Danny will wait for you in the area by the playground/washrooms. If you have not met Danny yet, you may recognize him from his picture on our website. A gentle reminder to check what the weather will be like and dress accordingly so that you can have a comfortable visit.

Walk and Talk Counselling Session-Carolyn will meet you at the main office as the starting point, and then walk together from there.

Nature-Based Counselling Session- Carolyn will meet you at the Blue Heron Reserve main parking lot, in the fenced-in area over the dyke. She will be waiting for you next to her car, a white Toyota. A gentle reminder to check what the weather will be like and dress accordingly so that you can have a comfortable visit.

This is a group appointment for 2 family members to attend at the same time.

ADHD Starter Series is 6 different workshops at $40 per session. These can be attended individually or as a grouping. This is a workshop (not group counselling) focused on helping to understand more about how ADHD shows up in our lives and how it can be managed

This session can be attended by up to 4 people

Clinician Time for the purpose of generating reports, accessing and/or providing resources, collaborating with other professionals and/or client's extended care team, etc.

A longer session just for you

A 1.5 hour workshop for postpartum mums with little ones up to 9 months or 1 year. It's an opportunity to chat about challenges and have some common humanity. This will run it in person at 202-43869 Progress way. Coffee, tea and snacks provided. No walking or babies or toddlers please.
