Melissa is a Sutherland-Chan graduate who wants to help individuals live high quality lives with minimal pain. She enjoys integrating all of her kinesiology and massage therapy knowledges and education into creating a professional and effective treatment for her patients. She strives to use manual therapy to help people feel better, but also educate them in maintaining optimal muscle health through stretching, strengthening, and postural corrections. Her treatments are Swedish-based and can incorporate sports massage, pre-natal/postpartum massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue massage and relaxation massage. In addition to massage therapy, Melissa is a certified Level 2 Fascial Stretch Therapist and can offer FST as a stand-alone service or integrate it into massage treatments.
