With over a decade of clinical experience, Mercedes provides Registered Massage Therapy that combines a strong anatomical foundation with a calm, grounded presence. Her work focuses on supporting the body’s incredible capacity to regulate, adapt, and find balance by meeting each person exactly where they are and gently guiding them to where they desire to be.
Working primarily with women and families through all stages of life, Mercedes has developed a particular focus on prenatal and postpartum care. _(Yes, that means the big comfy pillows!)_ She also offers Craniosacral Therapy for infants, an approach that supports early developmental comfort and coordination while simultaneously creating a gentle, reassuring space for parents.
