Growing up as an athlete, Meredith has suffered her fair share of aches and pains. She
understands the impact they have on performance and daily life. With this knowledge
treatments consist of blended techniques to decrease tension, improve function and reduce
discomfort to be able to return to the activities they love.
She provides a variety of services ranging from lighter relaxation massages to improve mood
and sleep, to targeted deep tissue and sports massage to achieve effective and lasting results.
Helping her clients reach their goals, whatever they may be, is what motivates her to create the
best treatment plan for each individual including a tailored assessment and exercise plan.
She incorporates techniques such as cupping therapy, trigger point release, fascial release and
Swedish massage techniques to provide you with a treatment catered to your needs.
During her spare time, Meredith enjoys volleyball, equestrian activities and being outdoors.
