Meritt’s passion for Pilates runs deep to her core. She began her personal practice in 2022 while recovering from a sports injury, and quickly discovered a calling to teach. Since then, she has completed over 400 hours of training through her Mat and Reformer certifications.
Inspired by her own rehabilitation journey, Meritt is especially passionate about working one-on-one with clients, creating personalized sessions that support strength, confidence, and long-term movement. Alongside private instruction, she also teaches inclusive mat classes for all levels, offering thoughtful modifications, progressions, and challenges to meet each student where they are. Her goal is to help clients build mindful movement patterns from head to toe.
