Micaela has been a registered massage therapist for 15 years. Her passion is helping people maintain and regain their physical well-being. She specializes in deep tissue treatment and enjoys incorporating different modalities such as myofascial cupping and trigger point release. She enjoys continuing her education and is certified in myofascial cupping, passive stretch therapy, manual lymphatic drainage through the Dr. Vodder manual lymph drainage school and more. She had also been a certified personal trainer giving her the ability to prescribe proper home exercises and stretching for optimal results.
Micaela is a firm believer in consistency with massage therapy to help alleviate chronic pain, treat injuries and for an improved quality of life.

A Practicum Student massage treatment for 30 minutes is discounted to $43.00 plus GST Practicum students are in their final semester of their 2200 hour program and have been educated in all massage therapy techniques at this point in their education process. We have welcomed our practicum students to gain both clinical and real-world practice-management experience. *As they are not yet RMTs, student massages are discounted and cannot be submitted to insurance companies.*
A Practicum Student massage treatment for 60 minutes is discounted to $52.50 plus GST Practicum students are in their final semester of their 2200 hour program and have been educated in all massage therapy techniques at this point in their education process. We have welcomed our practicum students to gain both clinical and real-world practice-management experience. *As they are not yet RMTs, student massages are discounted and cannot be submitted to insurance companies.*
