I am a Registered Psychiatric Nurse with 25 years of experience as a mental health therapist, certified conflict mediator, and EFT (emotionally focused therapy) certified couples therapist. I’m passionate about helping you through your life transitions. I love helping seniors (both in clinic or providing therapy in their homes), adults, couples and mature minor teens who are experiencing grief, overwhelm, stress, illness, chronic pain, addictions, high conflict, relationship challenges, separation or divorce. I can help you navigate a new transition in life such as menopause, parenthood, marriage, empty nesting, a new job, health concerns, or loss of any kind.
