Playing sports her whole life & now incorporating coaching/training at CrossFit Kilgard, her knowledge with how the human body functions has greatly expanded over the years. Her treatments are focused to a therapeutic based massage, with the incorporation of keeping it relaxing if needed.
She is certified in IASTM, along with that she does trigger point release, muscle energy release, stretching, myofacial & deep tissue.
