Michael is a Registered Massage Therapist and Fascial Stretch Therapist who is passionate about helping clients move better, recover from injury, and achieve their health and performance goals. With a strong background in competitive sports and advanced training in movement-based therapies, he combines hands-on treatment with education to help clients improve mobility, reduce pain, and build long-term resilience. Whether working with athletes or individuals seeking relief from everyday aches and pains, Michael takes a personalized, evidence-informed approach to care.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Graduated with Honours from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2018.
- Recipient of the Sports Outreach Specialization Award.
- Completed certifications in Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) and Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), enhancing his ability to improve mobility, flexibility, and overall movement.
- Registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
- Former Head Trainer for the Vaughan Kings Midget "AAA" team in the Greater Toronto Hockey League (2018–19 season).
- Experienced in treating athletes from a wide range of sports, including hockey, lacrosse, volleyball, golf, CrossFit, Powerlifting, running, cycling, and martial arts.
- Has a special interest in restoring natural foot function and educating clients on the importance of - Advocates for functional footwear and helping clients better understand the underlying causes of common foot pain and dysfunction.
**Outside the Clinic**
When he's not treating clients, Michael enjoys spending time on the golf course or spending time with family. He's also passionate about music and enjoys playing guitar in his spare time.

Initial Registered Massage Therapy 30 minutes
30 minutes is sufficient enough to treat one specific injury or body area. 30 minutes in not enough time to sufficient assess your injury. Please book a minimum of 45 minutes.
45 minutes is sufficient time to treat a more complex problem or 1/2 of the body (lower or upper). If you have not been treated by one of our massage therapist please book an initial assessment.
60 minutes is sufficient time to treat 2-3 concerns, or a whole body treatment. If you have not worked with one of our Massage Therapists previously, please book an initial visit.
