As a Manual Osteopath and NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT) practitioner, a typical session with Michael includes movement assessments, muscle tests, joint mobilization, stretching and muscle energy techniques, muscle activations, soft tissue release, as well as a variety of other osteopathic techniques.”
