MRT is a specialized treatment that combines various massage techniques with active movements and passive stretches. This treatment aims to release muscle tension, myofascial restrictions and scar tissue therefore relieving pain and increasing range of motion. Each session is tailored to your specific needs, you can choose a more therapeutic or relaxation approach. We suggest you bring shorts and a tank top as this treatment can be done fully clothed.
