After graduating from Grant MacEwan University's Massage Therapy course in 2015, I have taken multiple classes with professionals Kip Petch and James Waslaski in 2017 and 2018, including the opportunity to assist James in teaching a class in 2018.
I have worked with a variety of cases in my near-decade of work from post-surgery care, to sports injuries, to various cases of arthritis and even a crushed ankle from a fall.
I utilize both the foundation I learned in school, and the more advanced methods of application that I studied with James, known as Integrated Manual Therapy, to perform my treatments. These treatments use a variety of Joint mobilization, as well as facial and musclework in a pain free manner, typically. I focus on injury prevention via mobilization of "stuck" structures, and injury rehabilitation by reduction of pain, and muscle activation.

30 minutes of massage, best used for focused work on one specific body part causing trouble. Usually selected after said body part has already been assessed.
The "regular" massage slot. Typically a full body general massage, or addressing up to two limbs of concern worth of time. More areas of focus will require additional time.
More time equals more limbs assessed! We have time to have a in-depth look at all limbs, or structures in between. An example being the full upper body including back, shoulders, and both arms. Subject to change based on needs.
