Growing up I took an interest in sports, playing hockey, soccer, rugby, as well as practiced Brazilian jiu-jitsu. In my later teenage years I transitioned to fitness and personal training which led me to compete in multiple natural bodybuilding shows. Both my love of fitness and researching injuries I sustained along the way have inspired me to become a healthcare practitioner that specializes in sports injury rehabilitation. At this time I offer orthopaedic assessment, soft tissue/ deep tissue manipulation, Contemporary medical electro-acupuncture, joint mobilization, clinical cupping, as well as rehabilitative exercise prescription/ coaching.
