Having worked as a high-level personal trainer, holistic lifestyle coach, registered holistic nutritionist, he also has a degree in psychology and has graduated from Boreal College in Ontario in Massage Therapy. Married with 4 children, his family enjoys mountain biking, camping, hiking, running, and the outdoors in general.
