Michael is a highly trained and educated Registered Massage Therapist who is skilled in the assessment and treatment of a wide range of conditions. His treatment approach incorporates a variety of evidence-informed techniques, including relaxation-focused Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, trigger point release, sports massage, manual therapy, and joint mobilization.
In addition to hands-on treatment, Michael provides individualized patient education and develops rehabilitative exercise programs tailored to each client’s specific needs. These may include guided stretching, strengthening exercises, and hydrotherapy recommendations to support recovery and long-term wellness.
