Kineseo taping is a system of taping the body to increase blood flow and lymphatic drainage. Inhibit or facilitate muscle movement depending on HOW you are taped. And provides a counter stimulant to the body much like Tiger Balm or Bio-freeze. A few quick tests to determine the best course of action for your condition is followed by application of the tape in a way that will best serve the client. Clients that are very hairy will need to clip the hair. It could also be shaved but recent shaving along with the tape application may cause more irritation.
