Michelle has been a Registered Physiotherapist for 10 years. She holds an Honours Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology & Health Science from York University and a Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney, Australia. Her treatment style is patient focused and emphasizes soft tissue treatment, corrective exercises and education.
She has experience treating a variety of injuries ranging from orthopaedic, postural (office related), sports, geriatric, pre/post-operative and pelvic related conditions. Michelle has post graduate training in Fascial Distortion Model (FDM), Active Release Technique (A.R.T), pelvic physiotherapy, Mulligans and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA)
