Michelle has 17 years background of successfully managing health clinics. A graduate from Pacific Coastal College of Massage Therapy whilst obtaining honours with distinction and successfully completing the board exams on first attempt, Michelle provides therapeutic massage to help clients relieve stress, alleviate pain, and improve overall well-being. She offers a variety of techniques, including: Swedish, Fascial release, deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage, which are tailored to meet the individual needs of each client. Michelle’s approach is grounded in a deep understanding of anatomy and a commitment to helping clients achieve a balanced, relaxed state of body and mind.
