Michelle Laviolette
AjouterMichelle developed her passion for health care at a young age. Growing up in Caledonia, Ontario, she competed with the Hamilton Sparta Soccer Club and the Stoney Creek Jaguar Basketball program. She went on to attend the University of British Columbia, completing her Bachelor of Human Kinetics degree. While attending UBC, she worked with the Athletic Medical staff as the lead student trainer for the Women’s Volleyball Program. During this time, her intrigue in lower limb therapy grew and her commitment to assist athletes in their return to sport became the primary focus.

After returning home, she completed her Diploma in Pedorthotics from the University of Western Ontario, receiving an honorable distinction. She started practice shortly after, managing multiple clinics in the West Hamilton and Burlington areas.
Michelle focuses on education and a multidisciplinary approach to treating lower limb pathomechanics. Her management initiatives include gait retraining, home based programs, custom made orthotics, custom knee bracing, compression stockings, and shoe modifications. She has a vast array of experience with pediatric, youth, adult, and senior demographics, as well as diabetic patients.

For first time users. During this introductory session we will conduct a brief health history, discuss your goals, and screen for any contraindications to ensure that the therapy is safe and appropriate for you. We wiil explain how the panel works, what to expect during the session, and how to position yourself for optimal results. Platinum LED uses a seven-wavelength spectrum that match key biological absorption zones, supporting mitochondrial stimulation and cellular energy (ATP) production. Red light wavelengths support skin health, collagen production, circulation, and inflammatory regulation, while near-infrared wavelengths penetrate deeper to support muscles, joints, and connective tissue. This non-invasive therapy is commonly used to aid in recovery, reduce pain and stiffness, and support overall tissue healing. We will begin with 10 min and as your body adapts, session times can be gradually increased to maximize benefits.
