**Michelle Lowry, RMT**, has been a registered massage therapist since 1995, working in medical and spa clinics. Her practice has evolved to support clients with pregnancy, persistent pain, anxiety/depression and rehabilitation from injury. A graduate of the **West Coast College of Massage Therapy**, she has completed postgraduate work in Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, core stability training, Pregnancy Massage, and other techniques.
A passionate member of the **North Delta/Surrey community**, Michelle opened her own practice in 1996 and co-founded Pure Health Massage & Wellness.
She finds her life's purpose in balancing clinic management, clinical practice, and a family, with time to laugh, walk in nature, and snuggle her cats.
