Michelle joined Refresh Wellness Centre in 2012 and is a registered Massage Therapist with over 12 years of clinical experience. She has taken many advanced training courses especially in the area of Deep Myofascial release work for complicated chronic conditions. She is also trained in Shockwave Therapy to further assist her clients in their recovery journey. In 2025 she added level 1 Neuro Manipulation to her toolkit and will be taking level 2 in May of 2026. She believes this is a missing piece in some treatment of chronic conditions- releasing the nerve so the tissue can receive blood and oxygen to feed the cellular tissue and function optimally. Michelle loves to help her clients achieve their goals of increasing their Range of motion, becoming pain free and more active again.
