Dr. Michelle Pobega, ND is committed to guiding her patients through meaningful health transformations. Her mission is to help individuals reclaim their vitality, build confidence, and feel empowered by taking back control of their health—starting with the foundation of strong digestion.
Her passion for this work is deeply personal. Once a self-described “poster child” for IBS, Dr. Michelle ND struggled with persistent bloating, reflux, and unpredictable bowels, along with high stress, anxiety, fatigue, low mood, and hair thinning. Naturopathic medicine, mind-body practices, and stress management helped her create lasting change—and now she’s dedicated to helping others do the same. Today, Dr. Michelle ND supports patients in regaining control of their digestive health, building stress resiliency, and reconnecting with their bodies. She also has a special interest in parasite cleansing, saving gallbladders, and optimizing detoxification and drainage to address the root causes of many chronic issues.
Dr. Michelle ND believes that healing is not just about symptom relief—it’s about empowerment, education, and working with the inherent intelligence of the body to guide it back into a state of balance.
Dr. Michelle holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree from McMaster University and completed four years of full-time study at The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM). She is registered to practice and regulated by The College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO) and is a member in good standing with both the Ontario and Canadian Associations of Naturopathic Medicine.
