I am a registered social worker who has been providing intervention and counselling to individuals, couples and families of all ages and backgrounds for over 15 years.
I graduated from the University of Victoria, British Columbia with a Bachelor of Social Work and then received my Masters of Social Work from Memorial University. I am also a certified EMDR therapist.
Through meaningful therapeutic relationships in a warm and friendly environment, I will work with you to create lasting change using a client-centered approach that is tailored to your unique needs. Together we will explore your thoughts and feelings and I will guide you through the therapeutic process with kindness and understanding, at a pace that is right for you.
