Michelle is a Registered Massage Therapist with over 7 years of experience and a decade-long background as a Health Care Aide. Her passion for helping others runs deep, and she brings a calm, compassionate presence to every treatment.
Throughout her career, Michelle has worked in a variety of settings — from chiropractic offices to luxury environments like the Kananaskis Nordic Spa — as well as several multidisciplinary clinics. These experiences have helped her develop a well-rounded approach to care, blending clinical skill with nurturing, restorative touch.
As the owner of Cedar & Salt Massage Therapy, which she founded in 2020 in Cochrane, Alberta, Michelle loves creating a warm, welcoming space where clients can relax, recharge, and feel truly cared for. She enjoys working with people from all walks of life — whether they are seeking relief from pain or simply a quiet moment to reset.
Michelle also has a love for teaching and mentorship, having worked as an RMT student clinic and outreach supervisor. As a mom of two, she understands the many physical and emotional demands of parenthood and everyday life, and she brings that insight into her practice — supporting clients through every stage of their wellbeing journey.
When she’s not in the clinic, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, and embracing the calm, coastal-inspired energy that Cedar & Salt was named for.
