AjouterMichelle is a Holistic Manual Therapist integrating backgrounds as a Registered Massage Therapist, Level 3 Fascia Stretch Specialist, Thai Yoga Massage Therapist & Personal Trainer. She specializes in holistic pain management through manually releasing manifestations of chronic emotional stress by restoring the functional mobility of the entire myofascial net, soft tissue & joint capsules.
She designs corrective-care programs to aid in recovery, prevent injury, improve posture, quality of life and athletic performance based on client-centered needs, implementing her 6+ years Yoga & Qi Gong Instructor background & 14+ years of former athletic experience in Gymnastics, Soccer and Track & Field.
When she is not treating clients, you will find her studying Traditional Chinese Medicine, Olympic Weightlifting & training MMA.
