Michelle is a graduate from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. With a background in Kinesiology, Michelle has always been interested in rehab and how the body moves. She strives to help people feel the best they can with massage.
Michelle has experience in Swedish massage, neuromuscular techniques, and myofascial release. Whether your goal is relaxation or getting rid of a stubborn knot, Michelle can help you along the way.

Treatments focus on pain relief, muscle tension, recovery, and overall wellness, and may include Swedish techniques, deep tissue work, and myofascial release. This option is ideal for clients who require ongoing treatment and have already used their annual Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) insurance benefits. Our practitioners are recent RMT graduates and are expected to be fully licensed RMTs in 2026. RMT insurance coverage will be available once licensure is complete. Receipts are currently issued for tax purposes and Health Spending Accounts (HSA). Pressure preference and treatment focus can be discussed with your practitioner at the time of your appointment.
