Mika is a graduate of the Mount Royal University Massage Therapy Program. Mika’s
treatment style blends therapeutic techniques with a calming, flow-based approach inspired
by Lomi-Lomi massage, creating treatments that are both effective and deeply relaxing. She
frequently incorporates myofascial mobilization into her treatments, she believes that
addressing the fascia before working the deeper structures can help create a longer-lasting
relief and improved mobility.
Mika is passionate about creating treatments that are tailored to each client’s individual
needs & goals. Whether you are looking to reduce tension, manage stress, improve mobility,
or simply taking time to relax and recharge, Mika strives to create a space where clients feel
comfortable, cared for, and able to fully unwind. Her treatments are designed to help clients
leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and more connected to their bodies.
Mika enjoys spending her free time at the gym weightlifting, she has been passionate about
weightlifting since the age of 16 and enjoys learning about anything related to our overall
physical wellness. Mika also enjoys trying out new restaurants around the city, baking, and
playing video games with her cat Kira close by.
