Mike Herman
SaveMike completed a Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of Calgary in 2014. Afterwards Michael pursued a Master's of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta, graduating in 2017.
Mike has experience treating a variety of musculoskeletal injuries across different populations. He has worked with the Banff Sports Medicine group performing post operative knee testing alongside their orthopedic surgeons. He also worked with the Integrated Shoulder Rehab team providing pre-op and post operative care. He enjoys treating everyone from the elite athletes to the weekend warrior, and has a special interest in running related injuries. Mike employs an active, exercise-based approach to treatment and works with his patients to ensure treatment programs are tailored to meet their specific needs. He has pursued further education in manual therapy via the Orthopedic Levels System, as well as dry needling.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys all things active. He enjoys everything from running and snowboarding to playing hockey and wake surfing.

Assessment by our Titleist Performance Institute trained Physiotherapist. Includes a subjective assessment (health history, current golf level, goals, equipment used), physical assessment utilizing proven TPI movement screen, identification of movement limitations that can be improved, an exercise plan to improve current physical ability, any recommendations on treatments if indicated in the screen, and education on your game.
