My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and neurodiversity-affirming. I aim to create a space where clients feel understood, respected, and comfortable taking risks. I value clear, direct communication and also recognize that not everyone processes language the same way—so I tailor my style to meet each person where they are.
I’m a bit “nerdy” about how speech habits, mindfulness, and self-regulation work together. I enjoy helping people notice their communication patterns, stay grounded in the moment, and respond with clarity and intention. I'm also passionate about literacy instruction as it lays the foundation for lifelong learning and is a meaningful way with which to connect to the world.
Outside of work, I enjoy being in nature, creating visually engaging resources, and exploring new places.
If you’re considering working together, I want you to know that I prioritize building genuine relationships—because meaningful progress starts with feeling safe, seen, and heard.
