Milind has completed his physiotherapy degree from India. He migrated to Canada in 2019 and completed a diploma in Health, wellness and fitness course from Mohawk college, Hamilton.
After moving to Ottawa he completed his licensing in Physiotherapy. He is currently registered
with Ontario college of physiotherapy.
He has started working as a physiotherapist with Expert care physio since June, 2022.
He has a keen interest in exercise based orthopedic, sports injuries and neurological
rehabilitation. He has done ergonomic correction seminars in various corporate offices in India.
He strongly believes that human kind should prevent posture related pain with exercise
programs and correcting posture. He has worked closely with the patients of paralysis and other neurological conditions and helped them to become independent and self-sufficient. He keeps his eyes on the latest research in rehabilitation in orthopedic conditions such as osteoarthritis.
He currently is certified in acupuncture and dry needling. Apart from physiotherapy, you can find him on a volleyball court or at a table tennis table.
