Milind Raval is a licensed physiotherapist committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to help individuals achieve optimal physical health and functional independence.
He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy in India before relocating to Canada in 2019, where he further advanced his knowledge by earning a diploma in Health, Wellness and Fitness from Mohawk College in Hamilton, Ontario.Milind subsequently completed his physiotherapy licensing requirements in Canada and is currently a registered member of the Ontario College of Physiotherapists.
He is passionate about the role of physical rehabilitation in promoting overall wellness, particularly in the management of acute injuries and chronic conditions. His clinical focus includes exercise-based orthopedic rehabilitation, sports injury management, and neurological rehabilitation.Milind has extensive experience working with individuals recovering from neurological conditions, including paralysis, supporting them in regaining independence and improving their quality of life. He also places a strong emphasis on prevention and education, having conducted ergonomic and posture-correction seminars for corporate organizations. He advocates for proactive approaches to health through proper posture, movement, and individualized exercise programs.
Committed to continuous professional development, Milind stays up to date with the latest research in rehabilitation, particularly in the management of orthopedic conditions such as osteoarthritis. He holds certifications in acupuncture, dry needling, and vestibular rehabilitation, allowing him to offer a comprehensive and integrative approach to patient care.
Outside of his clinical practice, Milind maintains an active lifestyle and enjoys playing volleyball and table tennis.

Physiotherapy Assessment for children/infants who are 6 and under. This clinic provides physiotherapy services by a physiotherapist who has special interest in treating children with a variety of conditions such as torticollis, plagiocephaly, toe walking, hypermobility and overall delayed gross motor skills. The goal for treatment is to provide parents with education and improve their overall gross motor skills to allow them to play and participate in physical activities.
This service is for patients who have already had a Pediatric Physiotherapy Assessment appointment and are booking subsequent appointments for ongoing treatments.
