AjouterMinhee You is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) based in BC, Canada, who graduated from Vancouver Career College. She aims to provide all patients with a safe and comforting patient-centered experience while alleviating discomfort.
She will use a variety of techniques, including General Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Joint Mobilizations, Trigger Point Release, and Active Release, to achieve her patients' goals. She will assess the changes before and after treatment and provide post-treatment home care as part of her approach.

She preferred areas of practice are chronic pain, recovering from injury, frozen shoulder,or simply seeking relaxation and deep tissue.
She has a background as a licensed esthetician, providing a range of massage services in hotel spas. From 2005 until moving to Canada in 2016, she offered various treatments, including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, stone massage, sports massage, and reflexology.
In her spare time, she enjoys exploring various cafes in search of delicious coffee. You can also expect her to be working out at the gym.

Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is a specialized technique integrated into Registered Massage Therapy that focuses on stretching the fascia—the connective tissue surrounding muscles and joints—to improve flexibility, mobility, and overall movement. Please wear comfortable clothing, such as a T-shirt and athletic/stretchable pants (no jeans). Please note that clients with joint replacements, surgical hardware (pins, screws, or rods), or certain medical conditions may have limitations with FST techniques.
