Miral has been practicing pelvic health physiotherapy since 2014 and continues to expand her expertise through ongoing training in pelvic health. She works with individuals experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction and has a special interest in prenatal and postpartum care.
Her treatment approach is individualized and patient-centred, combining hands-on therapy, exercise, and meaningful education so patients feel informed and confident in their recovery. As a mother of two, with one unmedicated vaginal birth and one caesarean birth, Miral understands firsthand that every birth experience is different. These personal experiences help shape her compassionate approach and allow her to better support patients through the physical and emotional changes that occur before and after childbirth.
Miral is also involved in pelvic health education as a lab instructor with one of Canada’s leading pelvic health training programs. Outside the clinic, she enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with her husband and two children.
