Caeli is a graduate of the West Coast Collage of Massage Therapy in Victoria.
As a Massage Therapist, Caeli likes to treat with a balance between a clinical and a holistic approach. She believes that the mind and body are connected as one. Caeli hopes to bring overall relaxation and calm to the body and mind through massage techniques that regulate the nervous system. Caeli’s goal is to make her treatments as individualized and therapeutic as possible to create balance in the body. Using techniques that not only release tension from the body, but a massage practice with a flow that will send you out the door after treatment feeling fresh and relaxed.
Caeli is an advocate for self care and likes to share home-care techniques with her clients, including different stretch and strength exercises. Caeli practices mindfulness in her own life and makes self care and movement a priority. She believes that the wellbeing of her clients is a joint effort. Work done in the treatment room with her, and work done at home by the clients self to maintain the feeling you had leaving the treatment room.
Caeli is outgoing, active, curious and adventure loving. Caeli loves yoga and movement of all types. The love of movement and curiosity of the amazing human body, has lead her to study the miraculous working of the body and to become a registered massage therapist.
