Hannah is currently a student at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, working toward becoming a RMT. She previously attended Queen’s University where she studied Kinesiology, and currently works part-time as a Kinesiologist while completing her massage therapy education.
With her background in human movement and exercise, Hannah brings a movement-focused approach to bodywork and is passionate about helping clients reduce tension, improve mobility, and support overall recovery and function.
When Hannah isn’t working or studying, you can find her running, hiking, or travelling!

The Initial Assessment is a comprehensive one-on-one consultation designed to evaluate your unique breastfeeding needs and goals. During this session, your lactation consultant will review your pregnancy and birth history, observe your baby’s latch, and assess milk supply, positioning, and any challenges you may be facing. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan to ensure a successful breastfeeding journey, addressing any concerns, and offering support and education on techniques that will help you feel confident as you begin nursing.
