As a Student Massage Therapist, Josie is excited to begin working with clients while continuing her education toward becoming a Registered Massage Therapist.

Born and raised in High River, Josie values the sense of community and connection that comes with small-town living. Outside of the clinic, she has played rugby for nine years and currently serves as captain of her women’s team, an experience that has strengthened her appreciation for body mechanics, resilience, and the importance of recovery. Her dedication extends beyond the field as well, having built a reputation for being dependable, hardworking, and attentive to detail throughout her six years with Canadian Tire. Josie looks forward to building lasting relationships with her clients and helping them feel more comfortable, capable, and at ease in their everyday lives.

Somatic Exercise Therapy is a holistic approach to the relationship between the body and the mind. In this session you will be guided to a deeper awareness or your body’s reaction to movement. Somatic exercises can be a highly effective way to help find relief from chronic pain, postural imbalance, limited range of motion , and many common muscle conditions.
This class is a blend of Myofascial yoga and Somatic exercise. Brenda teaches from an educational approach with 16+ years as an RMT.
