Having just completed schooling at the Alberta College of Massage Therapy, I am up to date in skills in various massage techniques and modalities to cater to the diverse needs of my patients. Whether it is relieving muscle tension, promoting relaxation, or aiding in recovery from injuries, I am dedicated to helping individuals achieve optimal wellness through the power of therapeutic touch.

As your massage treatment is being done by a student, please be aware that our students are still in the process of learning. Student supervisors may enter the room during your massage to observe and advise on massage techniques. All of our appointments are 60 minutes long and include Patient Consent, Case History, Assessment and Home Care.
