Rebecca’s path to art therapy began through her own healing journey, where she discovered the profound wisdom and clarity that creative expression can offer. She believes that healing is a layered and deeply personal process—one that often calls us into new and unfamiliar spaces. With care and respect, Rebecca supports others in navigating this journey by helping them reconnect with their innate inner wisdom.

In her practice, she gently weaves together the healing modalities of art therapy and Reiki. Through Reiki, she offers energetic alignment that supports connection to one’s highest self and healing flow, while art therapy serves as a tool to access intuition, cultivate self-awareness, explore personal expression and nurture emotional well-being. Her approach honors each person’s unique story and inner guidance, creating a safe and sacred space for meaningful transformation.
