This is not your typical massage! This is a pain specific treatment. The technique is called Rapid neurofascial reset. This is a soft tissue movement that works on hypersensitive areas and areas of the body that are not moving properly. This technique addresses the nervous system's role in releasing tension and restriction within muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. We will be doing a full intake, range of motion, and movement assessment before we begin the treatment. I do recommend that we book a follow-up treatment at the first appointment.
