I grew up in the Sicamous area and like many kids who grow up in small towns, I had big dreams that led me to move away. However, there is something about the hot summer sun, the cool crisp water of the Shuswap and the smell of the breeze blowing through the cedar trees that you just can't find elsewhere. So in June of 2020 my husband, our two kids and I moved back to this beautiful place.
I believe in living your best life and in doing it with intention. I want to be more focused on the things that truly matter to me such as health, wellness and supporting those in my family and community. This is why I decided on a career in massage.
I have recently graduated from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy and became a registered massage therapist in May 2023. I use a variety of techniques in treatment but always try to keep an element of relaxation present. I want my clients to be able to relax, focus on their own body and take a break from the stress that many of us have in our busy lives.
