Mithun Praveen is a Registered Physiotherapist with a strong background in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation. He completed his Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from Kerala University of Health and Allied Sciences, India, in 2016.
Mithun began his career working in a neurosurgery trauma ICU, where he gained experience supporting patients with complex neurological conditions and post-surgical recovery. He later worked in an orthopedic clinic, treating a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries and helping patients restore mobility and function. These experiences helped him develop strong assessment skills and a comprehensive approach to rehabilitation.
After moving to Canada, Mithun further expanded his clinical skills by completing the Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy at Centennial College in Scarborough. His combined background in physiotherapy and massage therapy allows him to take a hands-on, holistic approach to treatment.
Mithun focuses on identifying the root cause of pain and improving movement through manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, and personalized exercise programs. He enjoys helping clients recover from injuries, manage neurological and musculoskeletal conditions, and return to the activities they love.
