She also involves Breathwork which promotes well being.
This reduces stress, restores balance, maintains wellness, prevents tension from building up and promotes health for the body and mind.
Her massages are whole body so are only available for 90 or 120 minutes. She can also incorporate Foot Spa Reflexology, Hot Stone, Stretching, Aromatherapy and Myofascial release (cupping) - Traditional Cupping. and Suction Cup Therapy.
