My interest in physiotherapy grew out of a lifelong involvement in sport and movement. I played rugby and field hockey and trained in ballet, which sparked a curiosity about how the body works and recovers from injury. This led me to complete a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Queen’s University and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto.
I have a strong interest in movement-based rehabilitation and exercise prescription. I enjoy working with a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries and focus on helping clients feel stronger, move better, and return confidently to the activities they love.
I’ve completed additional training in Clinical Pilates (Reformer-based rehab), dry needling, and running injury assessment and treatment. Although not a pelvic floor therapist, I have taken courses in coaching pregnant and post-partum clients as they safely build and maintain strength, restore core control, return to sport or exercise.
I love working with runners and endurance athletes and use a combination of strength training, movement retraining, and manual therapy to support both rehabilitation and performance. My approach is always tailored to the individual, with a strong focus on education and long-term injury prevention.
Outside the clinic, I’m an avid runner, cyclist, and hiker. When I’m not training or exploring the outdoors, you’ll likely find me enjoying a great cup of coffee or wandering along the trails.
