Molly is a Massage Therapy Diploma graduate of Camosun College, completing her program in 2024 on Vancouver Island. She is passionate about helping clients unwind, reduce stress, and feel their best, and she strives to create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where clients can truly relax.
Molly’s approach is client-centred and rooted in empathy. She takes the time to listen and tailor each treatment to individual needs, whether clients are seeking pain relief, relaxation, or support in their overall wellness. Her treatments incorporate a variety of techniques including Swedish massage, deep tissue work, myofascial release, sports massage, and trigger point therapy. She is also certified in Buccal Massage, a specialized facial technique that helps release deep tension and promote relaxation.
Outside of her practice, Molly enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and unwinding with friends, values that support her balanced, mindful approach to care
