I am a recent graduate from VCMT and am eager to begin my practice as an RMT.
I am originally from Ontario and worked as a chef for the past 6 years. My time in Lake Louise exposed me to a variety of outdoor activities that I grew to love. My decision to become an RMT was inspired by other RMTs who guided me through recovery and education for multiple acquired injuries. In addition, my passion for self growth and desire to help others improve and optimize body function through massage therapy and education led me to finally making a switch.
Aside from Swedish massage, I can provide symptom management and rehabilitation of multiple orthopedic pathologies including but not limited to, muscle sprains and strains, tendonitis, frozen shoulder, TMJ dysfunction; and chronic pain issues with techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy and neuromuscular techniques. I am also trained in management of symptoms of multiple systemic conditions such as, pregnancy; and central nervous system and peripheral nervous system pathologies (such as MS and carpal tunnel syndrome respectively).
I intend to work with you to achieve your personal goals whether recovery or performance.
