Monika Chlus is a Registered Massage Therapist of British Columbia and a professional member of Registered Massage Therapy Association of British Columbia (RMTABC). She is a graduate of Sutherland Chan School and Teaching Clinic with over 2200 hours.
Monika has been practising massage therapy for over 13 years. Her treatments are intuitively customized, and include trigger point therapy, passive stretching, craniosacral therapy, and myofascial release.
Treatments can also include aromatherapy ( added upon request)

This is 30 minute relaxation massage focused on the head, neck, and shoulders, with the addition or Red Light Therapy. Red Lights helps with collagen production, overall skin health, while Near Infrared Light penetrates deep into the tissues to support cell, muscle, ligament health and repair.
This appointment will be 45 mins long. This is ideal for localized treatments, focusing on one area of the body.
This appointment is 60 mins long and will include assessment, treatment, billing and rebooking. (Please note price change Feb 1st $134.00 tax included))
This appointment is 75 mins long and will include assessment, treatment, billing and rebooking. (please note price change Feb 1st- $161.00 tax included)
This appointment is 90 mins long and will include assessment, treatment, billing and rebooking. (Please note price change Feb 1st- $188 Tax included))
This appointment is 60 minutes long including assessment, billing, and rebooking. This appointment includes the use of red light therapy. There are options for infrared light, blue light, and near infrared light, adding to the therapeutic benefits of the treatment. The addition of light therapy can range from 10-30 minutes and can be spread across various areas of the body, safety glasses are provided.
Please choose this option if you are seeing me for the first time. This will allow an extra 15 minutes for consultation with your massage. (please note price change Feb 1st -$143.00 tax included)
