Monique graduated from the 2200 hour program for massage therapy at the Canadian college of massage and hydrotherapy in May of 2022.
Since graduation, Monique has complete continuing education credits in, pregnancy massage, cupping, guasha and more.
Monique's approach to treatment is deep tissue with trigger point release therapy, however understanding that is not always what every body needs. She will pick specific techniques that fit each individual and their needs in order to deliver an effective but relaxing treatment.
